Registration Information!
New student, PreK and Kindergarten student registration will be held on August 4, from 8-4, and August 5, from 8-3:30. Parents of these students will need to start the registration process by stopping by the school office.
Returning students will complete online registration August 4-10, 2022. A link to register will be emailed to the email address on file the morning of August 4.
The elementary and high school offices are closed for the month of July. Office personnel will return on August 2, 2022. If you need assistance you can call central office at 573-594-6111.
Reminder that the high school office is closed the month of July. Next Thursday, June 30th, will be our last day in the office for a while if you have a need.
We have several VFHS students who have been going above and beyond this summer in their learning experiences. Congratulations to Ryan Null and Vivian McFadden on completing Boys and Girls State at Lindenwood University. Thank you to Rotary and the Chamber for financially sponsoring these two in this experience! We also have Gage Gibson, who participated in the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership at Webster University, and was sponsored by Ramsey Dickerman State Farm Insurance. Katelyn Pargeon completed the MO Leadership Seminar at University of Central Missouri. Carmen Wilburn will be attending the Rotary Youth Leadership Award Academy in July and is being sponsored by our local Rotary. Congratulations to all of these hard working students and a special thanks to all who sponsored these students making it possible for them to attend!!

Summer School begins tomorrow, May 31, and will run through June 23. Hours are 8:00-3:00. We will begin serving breakfast at 7:30.

MSHSAA is now requiring that Band and Flag members have a current physical. Please make sure you catch the free physicals being offered on June 8th from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at the Vandalia Medical Clinic.
Reminder Free Sports Physicals are coming up on June 8th at the Vandalia Medical Clinic from 3:00-6:00 p.m.
We have some elementary yearbooks that are left if you missed out on ordering. The cost is $18 and can be purchased from the elementary office.
Summer School routes are being finalized and should be released by end of business on Wednesday, May 25.
The 2021-2022 school year is officially over. School is out for summer!
If you are planning to attend summer school we will see you on May 31. Please check our website and Facebook page for bus routes in the coming week.
